Amir and Fitness kickboxing work on enlightening everyone with their inner power, the passion to work for their goals. We have helped transform people and understand the challenge it is from experience. Fitness kickboxing was started because of that challenge to transform and help a loved one and understanding the struggles that they're going through. At this workshop we will explain how fitness and nutrition work hand in hand to help you on your transformational journey.
