Infrared sauna
Our dry sauna uses infrared technology to clear your system of environmental toxins, boost immunity and cardiovascular health, and relieve soreness. All while burning fat and giving your skin a special glow as you get a deep sweat. Our infrared sauna temperatures range from 160-200°.

Steam Room
The heat and humidity of steam will envelope your body, allowing an increase in blood flow, clear pores, balance your skin’s hydration, and relax muscles. Ideal for anyone with sinus and asthma symptoms. The average steam room temperature is 110° with 100% humidity.
